Ingredients:
1 TBSP salted butter
1 small clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp minced, jarred garlic)
1 small, sweet onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can seasoned black beans, undrained
lime juice to taste (about 1/4 fresh lime or 1 tsp bottled)
hot sauce (about 1/2 tsp of Cholula or Intensity Academy brand)
salt to taste

Preparation:
Add butter to a medium pan over medium high heat. When melted, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Then add onions and salt to taste for about 2-3 minutes. Add bell pepper and salt to taste stirring frequently until veggies are softened. Reduce heat to medium and add the undrained can of beans stirring and scraping bottom of the pan frequently. When liquid seems low, add water (up to one can over cooking process). Add lime juice and hot sauce when you add the first bit of water. Final consistency will be thick and pasty.
