We’re PJ and Ed. We run Dining Downloads together.

Hi! I’m PJ, the head chef for Dining Downloads. I’m married to Ed, a mother of two, and proud adopter of a rescued dog. Not long after Y2K, I became a full-time stay-at-home Mom and am very actively involved my children’s school. All of my friends will tell you I love to cook and enjoy sharing my culinary adventures. I also love to eat at restaurants, which really helps me give you the best of both worlds, in the kitchen and out of the kitchen. Hi, I’m Ed. I work on the behind-the-scenes-aspects of Dining Downloads. Like PJ, I’m also passionate about food. When we thought about combining our food and technology hobbies into Dining Downloads, we immediately jumped at the chance because we knew it would be a lot of fun. We hope you enjoy our website as much as we like running it!
